We currently ship to the United States.

2. Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

3. Order Cut-Off Time:

  • The order Cut-Off Time is 05:00 PM  (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • If you place an order after 05:00 PM  (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). We will process it on the next business day.

4. Shipping Time:

  • Economy shipping within the United States takes 20-25 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Standard shipping within the United States takes 10-16 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Expedited within the United States takes 5-10 working days (Monday to Friday).

5. Shipping Cost:

  • Economy Shipping: Free Shipping
  • Standard Shipping: 12.99 USD
  • Espedited Shipping: 21.99 USD

6. Shipping Carriers:

We ship via DHL and FedEx.

7. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments: 

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Bag4people is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy: 

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Bag4people is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the information before the order ships.
